Christy LeBoeuf is an E-RYT 200 and a RYT 500 yoga practitioner. She has studied Vinyasa Yoga in North and Central America. She is a student of the Krishnamacharya lineage. Christy has lead yoga retreats in Mexico and offers 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings in Mexico and Canada. Her yoga style is intuitive, spiritual and inspiring. She exhibits a gracious and devotional quality towards her personal practice and delivers her yoga classes with positivity at the forefront.

Human Anatomy & Asana Alignment
Learn key anatomy and alignment principles: muscle, bone, joint and connective structures along with terms of movement. Learn to cultivate effective sequences based on anatomy of a particular student and confidently offer progressions, modifications and learn contraindications for students you may encounter while teaching.

Sequencing & Subtle Energies
The Vinyasa Sequencing & Subtle Energies section will delve into the fundamentals of how to safely sequence a Vinyasa class. In-depth work with the chakras will be discussed. You will gain an experiential understanding of the deeper layers of the body that will inspire you to harness the power of your asana practice.
This section covers the following topics:
Safe Sequencing (inspired by Davannayoga & Mark Stephens)
Sequencing for the Subtle (Energetic) Body
Prana, Pranayama & Bandhas (breath, the movement of breath, energy locks, the flow of energy and how to control it)
Chakras: The Seven Sacred Energy Centers
Safe Vinyasa Sequences for the Subtle Body
Learn how to connect with your students through effective hands-on adjustments. Whether it be to deepen a posture or modify it for a beginner; you learn and practice what is required to deliver adjustments that allow you to connect with students.
This module covers the following topics:
Introduction to Adjustments and Essential Techniques
Ethics of Hands-On Adjustments
Vinyasa Adjustments (adjusting someone through a sun salutation)
Standing Pose Adjustments
Balance Pose Adjustments

Philosophy, History & Theming
Develop the knowledge and storytelling skills you need to convey complicated yoga philosophy to a modern day audience. Submerge in the history of yoga and learn how it has developed and how each one of us is keeping this tradition alive. Through your required readings you will learn what it takes to manifest the core philosophy of yoga. This knowledge will also give you the skills necessary to build your classes around a historical theme honoring a deity, their power and their story. Themes enhance classes physically, mindfully and spiritually.

Meditation & Mantras
Learn the power of sacred vibration of chanting in Sanskrit. Unveil the profound practice of meditation. Supra Yoga School not only teaches you how to develop your own meditation practice, but also how to teach a variety of meditations to others. You will participate in energizing and soul awakening group Kirtan mantra practices.

Building a Yoga Business & Leadership + Teaching Techniques
Learning how to build a business requires a detailed plan. This section will get you started by refining your cues, learning to be resourceful, and teach you techniques and strategies you need to develop and hone your skills as an exceptional yoga instructor and business owner. This section provides you with tools and tips you will need to set yourself apart from the crowd and creating memorable yoga classes to keep your students engaged!

Utilizing Resources and Affordable Services on the Web
The Final Exam represents your successful completion of all areas and your readiness to demonstrate your teaching skills. This final section gives you the opportunity to test your mastery of yoga and lead your peers in a full 60 minute vinyasa class as outlined by Supra Yoga School. Those diligently applying themselves should find no difficulty in achieving success. Upon successful completion of this course, you are awarded a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certificate with Supra Yoga School. Supra Yoga School is recognized by Yoga Alliance; and, you have the opportunity to register as a 200hr Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance upon successful completion of all topics and final exam.
